Bonnie Edwards is a Professional Clinical Counselor specializing in individual therapy and practices e-therapy for clients in Ohio. Bonnie provides a therapeutic approach that is honest and supportive offering practical feedback and skills to help clients effectively address personal life challenges.
In addition to being a relationship therapist, Bonnie has been an instructor of MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) and Mindful Self Compassion and has a life-long commitment to meditation practices.

As a mindfulness-based therapist, my goal is to help you be the best person you can be. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying mindfulness-based approaches and educating you about the effects of stress and how to be with life the way it is, we will journey toward wellness.
