Hello, my name is Bonita Dabreu and I am a licensed clinical therapist. I graduated with honors from Rhode Island College in 2015. I have 35 years of social service experience supporting clients with substance use, anxiety, depression, domestic violence, chronic disabilities, child protective services, chronically ill children, the elderly, developmental disabilities, and mental illness. Postgraduate I spent two years treating substance use, depression, dual diagnoses, and anxiety.
I believe that all clients deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. I provide compassionate empathetic care where we discover the solutions to your issues. I utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed therapy. Together with clients, I formulate a treatment plan to treat any issues that you wish to address. I will guide you through the process to reach your treatment goals.
