I have approximately 20 years of experience working in the field of Behavioral / Mental Health. I've worked with all ages, ethnicities and cultures. Additionally, I like utilizing personal experiences and humor to allow one to feel comfortable and at ease during their sessions. Clinically, aside from Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I also have experience in providing Relapse Prevention Treatment, EMDR and Family Therapy to name a few.
