I utilize a humanistic approach to psychotherapy, along with a strong emphasis on cognitive behavioral therapy. My goal is to aid my clients by helping them identify their strengths, and then building on them. I believe that we all strive to live a fulfilling life, and every client has amazing potential to do so.
I have over fifteen years of experience working in therapy, most recently owning my own private practice since 2013.
My experience is varied, but I have a particular focus in: couples, family dynamics / behavioral issues, stress management, anxiety reduction, and trauma.
