So Good to Meet You.

I believe we all go through some challenging times in life. However, I have understood that when we go through those challenging times, we are simply in the middle of our journey, and we are not done. There is still so much more to experience and see on the journey. Every book, every movie, and every inspirational story has a hard part in the middle, so that's the good news! I enjoy helping people discover the purpose, strength, and Spirit they have within themselves to turn whatever mess they may be experiencing into a message of hope, healing, and perseverance. I have worked as a therapist for 20 years. I have assisted in family relationships, overcoming trauma, recovering and healing from substance use and sexual addiction, and assisting individuals seeking emotional balance and conflict resolution relationship development.
