I am here to walk alongside your journey and equip you with tools to help you live a more abundant life. My goal is to help each client identify their strengths and help each individual overcome feelings of anxiety, depression, stress, anger, or grief. I've helped clients gain a healthier perspective toward healing by equipping them with tools to overcome obstacles. I love being able to implement play therapy techniques for my clients aged 3-12, and using a wide variety of tools with adults to implement Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I specialize in individual counseling for children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief and loss support, work stress, anger, interpersonal issues, and behavioral problems.
