Hello and welcome. Hola y bienvenidos (Hablo Español perfectamente) So glad you are reaching out for some assistance with your challenges. My name is Blanca and I can provide you with some feedback and objectivity when it comes to dealing with every day emotional challenges. I am proud to have been certified for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to treat depression, anxiety, and trauma by the Los Angeles County Dept of Mental Health through the Beck Institute. This manner of therapy challenges recurring negative thoughts that tend to influence mood and behaviors. I am originally from Argentina and I speak fluent Spanish. I came to the US when I was very young and remember struggling for a while until I found my "space" in a new country with a new culture. I have two grown sons who, I feel, are amazing. We are very close and talk every day. I also have two cats and a small dog I adore! You might meet them over tele-health soon :) I hope to be of assistance with your challenges.
