I am a licensed clinical social worker providing individual therapy in California. I am currently providing teletherapy via a secure video platform. I am passionate about helping people develop a better understanding of who they are and who they hope to become. My goal as a therapist is to help you understand yourself better, enabling you to make healthy choices that will enhance your overall sense of wellness. My specific areas of interest and expertise include, but are not limited to, the diagnosis and treatment of anxiety, depression , trauma, self-esteem, grief and life transitions of adults and geriatrics. My treatment methods include utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing, Internal Family System, and Solution focused brief therapy. I believe that learning to cultivate mindfulness and self-compassion in the face of mental health difficulties is a vital addition to any of these treatment methods.
