Blanca Pena, LMFT 138765, is an integrative therapist who aims to match evidence-based treatments with each client's particular concern(s), and to discover and understand the individual's personality traits, preferences, needs, spiritual beliefs, openness, and motivation level. My communication style I am an easygoing, naturing, transparent, and flexible therapist. My journey to therapy Throughout my journey in school, I realized that counseling was a big part of who I was. I truly enjoy helping others and seeing them succeed. I had many obstacles that I endured throughout my young life, but those have only made me stronger and helped me connect with clients. I know that I have chosen a field that can be emotionally difficult as well as physically draining, but after working with all types of difficult cases and what I have learned through life experiences, I know that I have the strength and compassion to stand up to the challenge of a lifetime of listening to people's challenges.
