Hi, I am Blake. Welcome to taking that first step towards healing your mental health Psychotherapy & counseling help us to heal from past wounds, cope with current problems that can produce anxiety, depression, agitation, worry and panic to name a few. We all have the capacity within ourselves to have happy, healthy & productive lives. I incorporate different types of therapy to help you achieve your goals. Mental health is interconnected to physical health. I specialize in but not limited to: trauma, panic disorders, depression, anger management, anxiety disorders, domestic violence issues & grief/loss. If I find your issues are beyond my scope and practice, I will refer you to other therapists, etc. You are welcome to stop therapy at anytime and change therapists. We can review this together and explore options.
