I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, life adjustments, woman's life cycle changes like menopause and puberty, coping with grief and loss, and parenting issues. I specialize in building and re-building self-esteem, and confidence. I have developed a unique interactive program to help people rebuild broken self-esteem to enable them to maximize their personal potential.
