Hello! My name is Blair and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing psychotherapy in the state of Texas. I have over 9 years of mental health care experience. I have treated individuals dealing with a wide array of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, major life adjustments, and trauma.
It is my belief that anyone can benefit from having the space to work through difficult situations, thoughts, and emotions. Life can be complicated and messy. We can work together to untangle it all and find therapeutic strategies that promote growth and resilience across all areas of life. It is a tremendous honor to hold space for my clients as they explore their depths and work towards their own unique goals.
My approach to psychotherapy is strengths-based, person-centered, and trauma-informed. I regularly use aspects cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and motivational interviewing to help my clients find solutions and clarity in their lives. I tailor my approach to suit the individual needs of every client.
When I'm not at work, I love spending time with my family. I am married and we have two daughters, as well as a 22 year old Cockatiel bird and a 12 year old Jack Russell Terrier. I really enjoy crafting, playing outside with my girls, and checking out live music whenever I can.
