Not feeling like yourself? If you are dealing with high levels of anxiety and depression, I am glad you are reaching out for help. I am a licensed clinical social worker specializing in working with people who are healing from mood disorders and trauma experiences. I have specialized experience and training in working with sexual assault, domestic violence, and challenges related to fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting; and I am an EMDRIA-trained EMDR therapist.

I provide collaborative support based on your unique strengths, challenges, and desires. I draw from several therapeutic modalities, including EMDR for resolving traumatic memories and helping you shed unhelpful patterns, Dialectical Behavior Therapy to increase mindfulness, emotion regulation, and joy, and Internal Family Systems to help you build self-awareness.

While making big changes (both internal and external) is not easy, it is incredibly worthy and FULfilling work. I am excited to walk alongside you on your journey toward increased self-awareness, connection, and wholeness.
