Hello! ¡Hola! My name is Biridiana but everyone calls me Biri (Beedee). My pronouns are She, Her, Hers, and Ella. I’m a California Native of Mexican heritage who earned a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Mount Saint Mary’s University, Los Angeles and completed a certificate program in counseling Spanish-Speaking clients. I recognize the stigma often associated with mental health, especially within communities of color. I aim to provide a safe space to express yourself while providing therapy services that are culturally competent, empathic and honor you as an individual. As a bilingual Latinx therapist, I use a client centered approach to therapy while incorporating mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy. I specialize in supporting you through life transitions such as adjusting after a move, a new career, and facing challenges as a first generation college student.
