I am licensed in the state of Texas with 25 years of professional work experience. Theoretical orientation I prefer is Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). I have worked in the public and private sector. I have experience in helping adults and teenagers with stress and anxiety, working with depression, grief and geriatric issues. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
