I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-R) in New York with 14 years of professional work experience providing psychotherapy. I specialize in providing behavioral health treatment with evidenced based skills for individuals who experience concerns such as stress and anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, relationship issues, anger, ADHD, phase of life challenges, and more. I also have experience in helping clients with motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I provide individualized, person centered therapy, focused on meeting you where you are at and assisting you to make the changes you desire in your life.
