I specialize in working with people who have PTSD or have experienced a traumatic event, events or acute life challenges including grief as well as anxiety and depression.
I empower my clients by facilitating a trauma informed, person centered, straight forward-empathetic approach which is essential to fostering change. I utilize multiple evidence-based techniques including EMDR to cater to each individual clients’ experience.
