Each day can be a new beginning. Learning to live and manage your life effectively can be accomplished with the right kind of help. As an experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor, with over 11 years of counseling experience, I have successfully worked with a wide range of individuals including adolescents, adults and couples who have found their new beginning. In my counseling practice in Florida, I specialize in helping individuals who are experiencing issues related to low self-esteem, depression, anger, phobias, anxiety, worry, grief, trauma, addictions, relationship issues and much more.

My counseling style is interactive and supportive. I believe in treating all clients with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution focused, EMDR, client centered and rational-emotive counseling. My guiding principal is to meet clients where they are at and help them grow and develop the skill set they need to reach their full potential. All services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client using the appropriate mental health counseling modalities.
