Hello!
Welcome! worked as a counselor, social worker, and life coach for more that 20 years. I am currently licensed in the state of Alaska.

I focus my work on what is going with you at the present time, the things you are most concerned about. I work here part-time so I specialize in brief, solution focused therapy and life coaching. Mindful awareness is part of my life and my work. I practice Inner Wisdom hypnotherapy and Reiki.

I enjoy working with people in my state and international clients. I honor differences in culture, gender, religion, race, lifestyles and beliefs.

I live on a remote island in the rain forest of southeast Alaska. I travel several months a year. I love to create things with pen and paper, yarn, beads, and clay. I practice mindfulness meditation and create art journals to record and process my life experience.
