I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over two decades of behavioral health experience. I am committed to supporting emotional wellness and connected relationships. I have extensive experience working with individuals, couples, and families in general mental health (anxiety, depression, transitions, parenting, mood stability, OCD, and ADHD). I specialize in trauma/abuse/loss/grief and have a passion for couples/relationship work. I work to create a safe and supportive space during vulnerable and difficult circumstances.
My treatment is individually tailored to meet specialized needs. I enjoy working with diverse populations, cultures, and situations. My education includes a BSW and MSW in Social Work from Arizona State University. My specializations include Cognitive Behavior (CBT), Acceptance Commitment (ACT), EMDR, and/or Dialectical Behavioral (DBT) Therapies.
