I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. I am certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy for trauma and Preparing/Enrich for couples. I have experience leading groups, working with families in addiction and inpatient treatment, and coming alongside teams in a private practice context. With a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Counseling, I believe in the work in this field. Whether this includes group therapy, addiction psychoeducation, or pre-marital counseling, I am honored to walk with you as you seek to recover or grow. The theories I draw from, depending on the needs of my clients, include rational emotive behavioral therapy, strength-based, emotion-focused, and solution-focused therapy. Life can be heavy, and emotions are challenging to regulate. Throughout your journey, I recognize that it can be life-changing to add non-judgmental support with tools to your team as you work to reach your goals by using your strengths. Just as hurt and betrayal often occur in relationships, so do healing and change. In a session with me, you matter, and you are safe.
