Hi, I am a therapist who specializes in working with trauma, grief/bereavement and many other life adjustments. I am dedicated to working with my clients. My goal when working with clients is to help them achieve personal growth, satisfaction, and fulfillment, through self-exploration and self-actualization. I cannot tell you what you need, but I can help you discover your answers. In that, there is self-empowerment, recovery, and growth. I graduated in 2015 from Bellevue University with a Masters's Degree in Science in Clinical Counseling. This has not been an easy journey for me as I did not know that counseling was my calling until I experienced my tragedy and needed to find recovery for myself and my family. I am no stranger to pain, and I know the challenges that are faced when recovering from such devastating events. I have achieved recovery, it has not been easy, but I know recovery is achievable. I will not tell you that recovery is erasing all the bad things that have happened, but it is learning to accept the outcomes and finding new ways to move forward with your life in meaningful ways.
