For as long as I can remember, I have been passionate about psychology, spirituality, self-growth, and deeply connecting. The intention I hold in my counseling practice is to create a space – a safe container – of acceptance, compassion, connection and healing such that you are supported and inspired to move through the things that hold you back, and blossom more fully into the beautiful human being that you are. I work in partnership with my clients, with the understanding that you already have all the wisdom and inner resources you need within you to create the work, relationships and life you deeply desire.
