I am an independently licensed clinical social worker licensed in the state of Massachusetts. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults in various capacities for almost 10 years, and have provided direct therapy for the past 4 years. My passion is working with parents and their children to better understand dynamics within a family, to explore role differentiation and communication, and to build connections. In this capacity, I have worked both individually with parents and children, as well as conducted family therapy and parent coaching to best support identified goals. While family connection is my passion, I believe that supporting individuals in better understanding themselves within the context of various areas of their lives is important to growth and building increased connection to either the self or to others. I have worked with clients with varying diagnoses or challenges, including experience with early childhood trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, suicidal ideation, and challenges associated with transitions or life changes.

My counseling style is warm and engaging. I believe that building a positive clinical relationship is important for maintaining safety within the therapeutic work. I believe that listening to individuals to better understand their needs is key to reaching necessary goals and developing lasting change. In order to best serve my clients, I draw from various clinical approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, attachment based principals, and client centered guidance. I conduct my work with a holistic and trauma informed lens that aids in development and maintenance of warmth and safety.
