I am licensed in Texas with 8 years of professional social work experience and 3 years of therapy experience. I specialize in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, & parenting or family issues.

I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I take a person centered, relationship-based approach to therapy. Through a mix of cognitive behavioral therapy, somatic therapy, trauma informed theories, and humanistic approaches to therapy, I will walk with you on your journey to your most authentic self.
