I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Texas with over 12 years of experience working with individuals process hardships and make changes in their life and perspective. I have worked with individuals challenged by depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, relationship isssues, and life changing situations. My approach is solution focused, client centered, and strengths based drawing heavily from Cognitive Behavioral Theory.

My counseling style is warm and accepting. I strive to provide an experience for my clients that is positive and safe. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in doing great things and overcoming things that challenge you. I am committed to helping others identify and achieve goals, and provide a supportive and engaging environment along the way.
