For more than 20 years, I have provided behavioral health services for individuals experiencing various mental health issues and personal challenges. I believe in empowering my clients through emotional support, gaining insight, learning coping skills, and learning how to challenge those beliefs and thoughts that increase suffering. I use somatic therapies with mindfulness and cognitive approaches that help you access your body’s intrinsic healing capabilities. I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and I have integrated these skills into my practice since 2015. I am also trained in Integral Somatic Psychology and have incorporated these skills into my practice since 2021. My counseling style is client-centered, collaborative, compassionate, empowering, and goal-directed. I’m an empathetic listener and teach, gently challenge, inspire, motivate, and encourage you to come to conclusions. I want to work with you to help you achieve lasting changes in your life.
