Hi, my name is Beth Thibault and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I have been in the mental health field for about twenty years, with experience from working in residential facilities to outpatient therapy. My biggest passion is holistic therapy, focusing on the connection between the mind, body, and spirit.

I specialize in trauma and anxiety. I also specialize in the connection between autoimmune disorders/pain disorders and emotional abuse/trauma. I use cognitive behavioral therapy to treat both, as well as solution focused therapy and motivational interviewing. I have received specialized training and received my education from Framingham State University and University of Southern Maine.

I'm excited to be offering online services as I understand that could be easier for people to engage in. I'm here to build nonjudgmental therapeutic relationships and hope to assist others with navigating through trying times.
