Welcome! I’m glad you’ve decided to reach out for counseling, as I know it can often be a difficult step to take. I look forward to getting to know you as you explore what brought you here. I have over 20 years of experience in the mental health field working with individuals of all age ranges. I enjoy working with individuals and couples and utilize a person-centered approach, where I meet each individual where they are at on their journey towards wellness. I believe in the mind-body connection and the importance of using a holistic approach to building resilience and meeting life’s challenges. I believe our minds are powerful tools that can support overall health and wellness. I will work with you on awareness of your thoughts and thinking patterns that may be contributing to what you are experiencing in life. I also believe in the value of caring for your body and having compassion for yourself, as a means of moving towards health and wellness. If you are a couple seeking services, I will get to know each of you in the partnership. I will explore your communication styles, how you manage conflict, as well as rituals you have that create connection. Beth has an M.S., in Community Counseling and a B.S., in Psychology from Wright State University. Beth is licensed in Ohio as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisory endorsement (LPCC-S). Beth is licensed in Colorado as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
