We can all move beyond our symptoms and live a meaningful and peaceful life! I am a trauma expert with 15 years experience helping people to overcome PTSD, Depression, and Anxiety. I teach mindfulness techniques and other skills that help people to regain peace in their lives and fulfill their dreams. I am certified in EMDR, a kind of treatment that greatly reduces symptoms of PTSD, depression, and anxiety. It helps with self esteem issues too!
My own personal experiences with trauma and depression have helped me to understand and form treatment objectives that really help people to move beyond their symptoms and develop a life that has meaning to them. A life that is extraordinary!
