I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California. I specialize in assisting clients with managing depressive symptoms, anxiety symptoms, self-esteem issues, life adjustment issues, poor communication and coping skills. I use an eclectic approach depending on the needs of my clients. I have experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and other modalities. I can also provide therapy in Spanish and Portuguese and will meet my clients where they are in their therapeutic process.
