I am licensed in the states of New Jersey and New York and have been providing psychotherapy services for 25+ years. I am also a certified Clinical Telemental Health Provider and certified Integrative Mental Health Professional. I use a compassionate, strengths-based and integrative approach and respect a client’s self-determination. I conduct therapy in a collaborative fashion and I tailor it to a client’s individual needs. My primary focus and intention are to provide a safe space, listen attentively, guide, motivate and inspire clients to set their own goals, identify their strengths and inner and outer resources to realize their desires.
