Hi there, I'm Bernice Are you struggling to meet everyday obligations due to feeling you do not fit in anywhere? Do you feel that no one know how you feel or what you are going through? I help people find their authentic selves; whatever that looks like to them. We will use an approach that promotes self validation and self-love. If you feel you have identity issues, trauma, anxiety, or depression, or LGBTQ issues, we can collaborate together to get you to your authentic self. I believe in a teamwork approach. I also integrate skills that allow you to meet yourself and others where they are at; not where you would like to be. We will get there!
