Hello. I would describe myself as a patient, attentive, humble, and respectful individual. I focus on understanding my clients to provide the best suggestions and support. I will never attempt to dictate the pace of the process or act as if I am an all-knowing expert. We will discuss what you are prepared to discuss when you are ready to. I focus on helping my clients overcome negative thoughts and empowering them so they can remain aware of their strengths and give themselves credit for their accomplishments. When working with couples and families, I focus on helping improve communication and identifying possible compromises so negative interaction patterns can come to an end.
