I utilize humor, when appropriate to strengthen therapeutic bonds to understand them as a person and to walk with them to their own solutions pertaining to their challenges. I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and adults through difficulties with daily life challenges such as interpersonal relationships, family conflicts, life transitions, intimate partner challenges, and academic/career related stress.
