I am a mental health therapist in Nebraska. My experience has brought me an incredible range of client's and issues. I focus much of my time on helping those with experiences of trauma or abuse, parenting problems, major life changes/stressors, and people looking to "take the next steps" in their life.

I can best describe by counseling style and personality as authentic and interactive. I believe in openness, compassion, and no "trick questions." I utilize CBT, DBT, solution-focused, and trauma-focused approaches among others. However, research shows that the best predictor of successful counseling is the strength of the therapeutic relationship. Therefore, I believe that building an authentic, supportive relationship is the most important approach.
