Hello, I'm Benita. I am a licensed clinical social worker and I have been in private practice for the past 2 years, working with children, adolescents, and adults. I am currently not seeing children under 10 as I am currently only providing online therapy via telehealth. I have a friendly nature and I believe that everyone can benefit from therapy. I believe that my personal experiences help me to connect with my clients. I have experience with marriage, divorce, children, trauma, immigration, and multi-cultural issues. I know that life is often hard, especially if you don't have a good support system. I'm here to help you to explore what is getting in the way of you living your best life. I can't wait to meet you!
