The work we will do, can be hard and painful, and at the same time it will be a journey towards discovery and integration of your authentic self – leading to true transformation and healing. I will work collaboratively with you, to help you find solutions to what’s not working in your life. My experience is diverse, and I have extensive training in acceptance and commitment therapy [ACT], attachment-based therapy, solution focused, trauma-informed practice, and I place emphasis on mindfulness-based stress reduction strategies, through a process-based framework.
