A gently contained, consistently safe and respectful space to explore your thoughts and emotions that you have never dared to be think of twice, nor spoken ever about-- This is my offering for you. The conversations that happen in this space and time together is your offering to yourself. Expectations for you: Simply show up. Expectations for me: I will guide the conversation to places where it may be beneficial for you to explore and offer my feedback and observations in hopes of you getting a better understanding of yourself (how you think/feel the way you do, where it may have started, and what all this might mean for you in the future). You are the common denominator in all your relationships and human connections that you have absolute control over.
