Hi!
I'm Becky, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who practices in Anchorage, Alaska. I have been a social worker for 15 years (wow!) and really enjoy getting to know people. I practiced a long time in end of life/bereavement/loss/ and adjustment, and currently work with many people ages 18+ in a multidisciplinary center for health care. I work with caregivers, families, loved ones, and just about everyone who feels it is time to reach out to someone safe to talk to. I would say that my style of practice is very flexible. Do we need to talk about relationships? Caregiving? Jobs/Careers? Relationships? Or maybe just Covid-19 Quarantine fatigue! I'm here for you !

I really will meet you where you're at. I want to know about you, your natural supports (the people in your life), what's going on and what does that look like? We will go at your pace, find the root of the issues, explore, and hopefully get to feeling better.

I'm never going to talk at you. We're doing this together. We're going to take this journey together. I have a great sense of humor, open minded, nothing you'll tell me will shock me, and I've been told I'm really easy to talk to.

I received my Master's of Social Work from Eastern Michigan University. I am currently studying for my Doctorate of Social Work at University of Southern California. I love the lifestyle in Alaska, and practicing social work here is very satisfying!
