I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in Glendora, CA who values a collaborative approach in my work with clients. I believe trust is built through genuine honesty and authenticity, and my counseling style is engaging and conversational. I enjoy providing clients with practical tools to empower them to navigate through life with confidence. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship or life transition issues, I aim to come alongside clients to help them feel heard and understood. With a certification in working with partners experiencing Betrayal Trauma, I offer a unique and trained perspective in helping clients make sense of their experiences. As a Level 3 Gottman Trained therapist, I also enjoy working with couples to help them build skills and increase their relationship satisfaction. For couples or individuals who are experiencing divorce or separation, I provide support as they navigate these transitions, co-parenting help and adjustment to their new roles. My background in Medical Social Work also provides an informed perspective about the transitions of aging, higher levels of care and the difficult dynamics of these adjustments for clients and/or their families.
