Barbara focuses on finding the positive strengths in people. We form our opinions about ourselves from feedback we received from family, friends, co-workers, teachers, coaches and many others. This information can be accurate or inaccurate. I have found validating how we feel, what we think, what we want is far more important than what others may want or expect from us. I may use someone's personal history that may have misconceptions or just be wrong from the past and how that may be negatively impacting someone's present day issues, conflicts or dilemma's.
