I am a licensed clinical social worker with over two decades of experience working in program planning and administration in the areas of intimate partner violence, school-linked family services, and training in health professions. While most of my work has been in the "macro" arena, I am excited to expand my professional skills into clinical services.
My approach is strength-based and person-centered. That means that I will work with you to identify your personal strengths and what you can do to change your circumstances. We'll work from a place of empowerment and knowledge. The relationship between client and therapist is the most important predictor of success. As such, I hope you'll find me to be an excellent listener, a partner in your journey toward healing, and a cheerleader of your progress!
