I am licensed in Indiana with over 15 years of professional counseling experience. I work with young adults and adults. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, bipolar disorder and personality disorders. I also specialize in survivors of childhood abuse. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
