Hi! I have lived, worked, and studied abroad and have experience working with diverse populations from lower to upper socioeconomic class, ethnic communities, and non-binary gender identities, and everything in between. I believe in treating every person with dignity and respect, and leading person centered treatment.

I specialize in alcohol and drug treatment, binge eating disorder, depression, and anxiety, and I am trained to handle a wide variety of other mental illnesses and life struggles that may present themselves. I work with EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness Therapies, such as Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you achieve healing, balance, and peace.
