I am glad that you are reaching out for help; that is the first step and shows a lot of strength on your part. You may feel nervous about what is going to happen, or how online counseling can help you in your life. I strive to be open, non judgmental and compassionate and will work with you to help you accomplish your goals and find some peace.

Life can be hard sometimes, you may find yourself moving along smoothly when you hit a bump in the road, whether it be the loss of a job, fighting with your partner, feeling lonely, struggling with family issues, or feeling unlovable or unworthy. When this happens, I can be there to help you get back on your feet; to help you keep moving. Sometimes all you need is a little bit of extra support, someone to guide you back to the smooth road. Or maybe life has always been hard; maybe you had a rough childhood, experienced trauma or abuse, never felt like you fit in. If that sounds like you, I can help too; I can be that safe person for you to open up to, and to process your trauma and your losses. Whatever you may need, I will work with you to accomplish it.

I have experience working with people with many different struggles including depression, anxiety, relational issues, empowerment and self esteem issues, addiction, stress and anger. I strive to provide my clients with compassionate care and my main goal is for people to feel safe and accepted for who they are. I use many different approaches to help people including cognitive behavioral therapy, empowerment and strengths based approaches. I believe all people have the ability to change, sometimes you just need a little help to find the strength you have inside.
