I am a licensed professional counselor in Colorado with 17 years of professional work experience. I also offer life coaching, spiritual counseling, and hypnotherapy. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including trauma, depression, anxiety, grief & loss, questions about life purpose, sleep issues, self-esteem, and self-confidence.


My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, somatic, and positive psychology. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
