Adulting can really suck sometimes, am I right? I'm Barb, and I think we all struggle sometimes and could use some help getting things back on track.I hope to be that helping hand for you. I'm not here to tell you what to do, but to help guide you to your answers. I tend to take a down-to-earth, no nonsense approach to therapy. No ""so how does that make you feel"" or ""so what I hear you saying is..."" from me. We're just having a conversation to give you some guidance.
