Helping you reach your goals is my passion. I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups seeking to increase their self-awareness and connect their emotions and thoughts.

I am a firm believer that attachment theory is a driving factor in our mental health. To this note, I use an emotion focused approach and have received formal training in Dr. Sue Johnson's Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for both couples and individuals. This training allows me to help you use your emotions to shape your bonding and attachments with others.

Additionally, I have extensive training in Play Therapy, sandtray, and art therapies. I utilize a creative, experiential approach to encourage clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and relationships. I work to combine these approaches within the EFT framework.

My experience includes developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, personality disorders, anxiety, depression, and other emotional concerns. My worked has allowed me the opportunity to work one on one with children and teens experiencing strong emotional disturbances and trauma.
