I am an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) and ADDC (Addiction Counseling Candidate) licensed in Colorado with 4 years of professional experience. I have experience in helping clients learn to handle stress and anxiety, depression, to cope with addictions move toward recovery, and improve self motivation, self esteem, and self confidence. I also work with those seeking career exploration, life coaching, handling life transitions and geriatric issues. I work with my clients in a collaborative manner to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment and goals can be attained. I offer a warm, person centered, safe space where you can feel completely comfortable and be yourself! Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life is an important process!
